June 06 06/06 Rib Eye Steak with roast potatoes....Monday night's dinner consisted of rib eye steak (in Australia
we call it "Scotch Fillet Steak") with cottage style roast potatoes with sour cream and green onion...and a baby greens salad with blue cheese dressing. My "Grill Chef Extrodinaire" (aka..my darling hubby..Mark) grilled our lovely thick Costco steaks on our outdoor grill...and as always he grilled them to perfection! Oishii! In fact they where so good Bethany asked for seconds!
Not much else to report for today.....another sad and wet day outside. Shikke ga arimasu...Ame ga futteimasu..Atsui!!
Pooring down with rain, hot and very humid!!
Dosent look like I'll be gardening!!! Bummer..
Well...stay tuned for tonight's dinner...chicken potstickers!!
